Delivery & Returns Policy

SHIPMENT AND FEES
Shipments to Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City will be shipped via the courier GLS free of charges. Prices for other countries will be shown directly in the cart.
As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments made to foreign EU customers from RUESNOB.COM are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro. Sale items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items.


SHIPMENT DATE
RUESNOB.COM ships worldwide using GLS.
Available items :
Items that are already available will be shipped in 2 working days (monday-friday) following order completion. For the Week End orders, they will be prepared and shipped the first working day of the week  For all these cases we have to refer to the Italian Working Calendar.  
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer, but no more than tre days.
Preordered Items :
Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date.
We remind first-time Clients that RUESNOB.COM can request the Bank or Paypal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
Italy: 1-3 working days .
USA and Canada: 1-4 working days, according to the final destination.
Europe: 2 working day for major cities/4-4 working days for remote areas
Latin America: 3-4 days
Asia and Middle East: 3-4 working days
Australia and Oceania: 3-4 working days for main cities / 5-6 working days for remote areas
Africa: 3-6 working days.
RUESNOB.COM shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of RUESNOB.COM.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail directly from the hipping agency  GLS  specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or RUESNOB.COM.


SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. RUESNOB.COM packages are carefully sealed in boxes with a RUESNOB.COM logo print tape around the sides of the box.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact RUESNOB.COM at [email protected].
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the RUESNOB.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.


SHIPMENT INSURANCE
RUESNOB.COM shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.

RETURN POLICY
We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 14 days of your purchase.
A few exceptions...
In the interest of hygiene, earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
No items may be returned or exchanged in our stores between Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

1-How can I return my order?
You may return online orders free via courier or in Milan store. Purchases made in store can be returned in store only.


2-How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
If you made your purchase with a debit or credit card, you will see your refund within 5-10 business days from the processing date, however it could take up to 10 days for your refund to reach your banking institution. A Paypal refund should be reflected within 2-5 business days from the processing date.


3-What is your return policy?
We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. In the interest of hygiene, earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time. In stores no items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

4-How can I exchange my order?
All orders placed online can returned via courier or exchanged at Milan store. For online return, please review our Return Policy page and follow the steps.

5-How can I get a copy of my receipt?
A copy of your online order receipt should be included with your package. It may be found either on the inside or folded behind the shipping label on the exterior of the package. If you've misplaced it and need a new copy, simply send us a request by providing your order number via chat or email us at [email protected]. For purchases made in store, you may have selected an e-receipt and can chat us to obtain a copy. In the event that you chose a printed receipt we can't unfortunately duplicate it.

6-Do I need to pay to return my order?
We offer free shipping on all online returns.


7-I printed out my label and misplaced it, how can I retrieve it?
We're here for this sorta thing. Chat us and provide us your order number and we'll email you a replacement.


8-I don't have a printer, how can I get a prepaid return label?
Easily: chat us along with your order number and we will mail you a printed label.
