It is possible that in Custom-made orders some changes may occur during the production phase and/or decide not to produce an item. In the event there is a difference with a Pre-Order item or an item will not arrive, RUESNOB.COM will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed to shipment or cancel the order for a refund.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. The site is linked to all the holdings of RUESNOB.COM including warehouses and stores. As an authorized retailer of all brands in the online selection, RUESNOB.COM guarantees the complete authenticity of each and every item featured. Once the order is processed by the Orders Department RUESNOB.COM reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with RUESNOB.COM. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.

PROCESSING ORDERS
RUESNOB.COM reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank. Once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. RUESNOB.COM reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping. It is at the discretion of RUESNOB.COM to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time
